"Highly recommend, always there when you need her (unfortunately we have had times we needed her!). She always picks up the phone when you call and to me is the number one thing I look for. Those calls are never fun but even worse when your waiting on a non-responsive agent. Recently saved me hundreds on car insurance with better coverage.
